Challenge Day 8

Here is your challenge for the day.. we’re off to a new week so we’ll switch things up a bit.

For iftar: drink a glass of unsweetened green tea with your meal. You can drink it hot, iced, even decaffinated. Whatever floats your boat! Green tea is loaded with antioxidants, so fill you your glass!

Do some simple stretches before you go to bed tonight. Spend at least 5 minutes doing them. Take your time and breathe in and out.

For suhoor: squeeze some fresh lemon into your water for a nice and natural flavor boost. Do the following before you go back to sleep…

20 pushups
20 situps

Simple stretches for a few minutes and get some zzz’s!
