A week of eating healthy, doesn’t it feel great?

You’re over the first hurdle already. Getting rid of the cravings that pull you to eat out. Or, maybe it’s getting more intense and all you can think about is that Cinnabon roll from the mall. :)

Here is a healthy alternative for breakfast:

Buckwheat pancakes with 100% pure maple syrup (not the fake Aunt Jemima stuff!), tons of fresh berries and bananas, and some light whipped cream on top. It should satisfy any sweet tooth!

If you add some powdered fiber to the batter you’ll give these an extra healthy boost.
