Are you craving a cheeseburger from your favorite place but want to avoid the grease?

Try this at home:
Use veggie burgers or lean turkey burger. (Cook the meat in the oven on a broiler pan so excess fat drips off).
Whole wheat buns (look for the smallest size, the bigger the bun the more loaded with calories it is).
Use lots of toppings to make it extra yummy: lettuce, tomatoe, onion, pickle slices, ketchup, mustard, little bit of mayo, salt and pepper.
You can also put cheese if you like, add it right when you take the burger out of the oven so it melts nicely on top.
Have a glass of iced herbal tea on the side and a handful of some baked cheese puffs or baked chips.
This is great for lunch or dinner and it’s super easy to make.
