Here is yet another easy recipe:
Hijabtrendz Winter Spice Banana Shake:
Take 2 bananas and microwave them for about 45 seconds until they’re warm but still firm. The heat helps to bring out the flavor, especially if they’re not exactly ripe yet.
Blend the bananas with 2 tablespoons of vanilla and one teaspoon of ground nutmeg.
Once the mixture is pureed, slowly add 2 cups of skim milk or soy milk.
Blend it again, and then pour into a glass, top with whipped cream and sprinkle on some cinnamon if desired.
This is a great alternative to heavy Eggnog.
