Spanx… you can find the generic version in most discount stores like Wal-Mart, Meijer, Target etc., and they’re great to wear because they hold everything in from your tummy all the way down to your toes. No more jiggling thighs! If you hate the way your thighs rub when you wear skirts, this item is essential!

There are also tank tops made of the same super stretch fabric that can hold in the jiggle from your arms and chest.
However, if you are rather large busted, your best bet is to have a real bra fitting and to wear your bra properly. It will do wonders for you!
And finally, everyone who tries to look 10 pounds lighter usually wears heels. If you can tolerate them, then go for it.
