Goodness definitely leave it!!! Way too bizarre looking for my taste
I don’t think its too bad, it does have a creative spin it might look nice on some girls.
Umm…. no. First of all, there’s a reason it’s called an UNDERscarf…
I think I would look like a peacock in that thing!
lol you guys crack me up. Yeah I’m not sure what’s going on. Is it supposed to be some flower thing in the back. I feel like I should order it so we can model it in the next Hijabtrendz Television series… hehe
Too busy for my taste, I am afraid. OOhh, if you are fascinated by busy and fancy scarves – we have a lot here in Malaysia. Especially those that comes from Indonesia. These fancy scarves might look nice for some occasions, but definitely not for everyday wear.
I don’t think even a little girl would like it hmmmm…..makes me wonder what were they thinking?? Take off the ruffles in the back and you might have something. What’s next??
Looks like a mohawk for some reason
the traditional ameerah is something to stick with.
I am all for trying new things but I would have to pass on these..LOL I really do not think there really is an occassion that someone would wear something like this. I would leave this one for sure.
Sana a mohawk LOOOOL hey that’ll maybe make it tie in with the whole biker chic trend of the fall haha.
Mmm it’d look much better if it wasn’t extended around the neck lol. Either way…for me….No. Wrapped scarves look prettier than factory made: fact.
Just got my very first al-Amira today in the mail! With three UNDERscarves
Congrats caraboska
I actually saw some of these styles in a hijab store today! I was LAUGHING so hard because they looked so bizarre. The lady in the shop said, “These are not for religious girls, just for those interested in fashion.” What’s that supposed to mean? I’m going to have to do a post on this topic lol.
She probably means the kind who walk around with something like that on their heads and tight jeans with a shortie jacket to (sort of) cover the rest.
PS It’s too late tonight, but needle me if I forget – let me make a photo of my new look on my webcam and send it off to you
To give you an idea, tonight’s look was a cream colored tube scarf with chocolate colored, ornately beaded underscarf, and then a large, cream colored tatted lace tablecloth draped loosely around it. I look like the bride! I’m thinking of wearing it that way when I insha’Allah invite M in next week to explain all of this to him
This rather than letting him come home from vacation to hear some outlandish tenth-hand story that puts two and two together and gets five hundred
.
not for me
looks like some headgear for a Brazilian festival!
OW MY EYES!
But seriously it looks like you could hurt someone with that thing lol.
I think it’s kind of like a rooster now that I think about it loool.
