Hijab fashion friendly designer Mathew Ames
September 30th, 2009We absolutely love Mathew Ames. He recently debuted Spring 2010 fashion in Barcelona.
What we’ve noticed is that he tends to go for draped and flowing fabrics. Imagine our surprise to find out he graduated from the Art Institute of Chicago just down the street!

actually about 6 years ago I was looking at a Bazzar mag and inside was a designer who had when to the middle east and his whole fashion line was inspired by muslim women and Hijab…Just shows you how Hijab is for everywhere and can be for anyone….even in the world of high fashion design

hey i love this collection specially no 13 is gorgeous……but can v get such things in low prices???n from where?like designer clothes r something u wear only on some big parties or what….as they r usually so expensive that one can’t eat after buying one designer dress hahahah
I think he’s very talented and it’s nice to see someone think outside the box.
If I had some of those outfits, I would never go to the gym again haha.
I liked the white one #2 the most. But not in white. Never white for me lol.
I am in love with this collection. It is so chic and modern. I will be keeping an eye out for Matthew Ames from now on!
