I’m trying to think how to incorporate my workout challenge into the blog without boring everyone. Perhaps I’ll just stick to updating on Tuesday and letting you know what I’m doing, like a list of things, and then everyone who’s interested can join in.
I agree with Donna that you look wonderful Mariam. I too would like to join in on the healthy eating plan. I’m looking into things now but it would be great to keep tabs on what you are doing and how you are doing it. That’s real motivation to stay on track. It helps to know if others are facing this challenge with you.

I will try to post a list starting this Tuesday I’ve been such a lazy bum with working out these last few days. I need to get going and hopefully with others joining in I’ll also be more motivated hehe.
