I’ve never worn a hijab in my life and I have to admit my dress used to be like the world, [very improper] and I’ve found God and changed my ways and understand what it means to be a humble woman as far as dress. I respect women who have always with held their beauty from showing it off. I would love this to my wardrobe to have another piece that I can wear and show the world, you don’t have to dress like the world to be “beautiful”. Even if I don’t win, I’d still like to be a loyal customer of this website. Thank you so much!

I love this top and I would love to be one of the winners. I have been asked to participate in a wedding this coming September and I am trying to figure out what the heck am going wear. I am supposed to be a hostess. My friend is non-Muslim, but we are very good friends from college. I know everyone else (our friends from college) will be wearing what she decides, but I know in my case I will not be wearing anything close to what they will be wearing. I asked her what the colors are and she said it’s in the tangerine family. This top hit the nail right on the head.
I would like to win this for a sweet young woman who is just now realizing who she is and who she can become in the world as she boost her self confidence and self esteem. This is a beautiful piece of clothing and I’d love to see her smiling in it.

that is a really special and beautiful top mashaAllah! it is perfect for subtle formal events and I would like to win so I wont have to spend any money on buying new clothes cuz i’m a college student in debt but i still want to look good as I get into my new career as a graphic designer, being a muslim wearing hijab shouldn’t keep me from looking good. this would be perfect to say the least.

As Salaam Walaikum Warahmatuallhi Wabarakatuh I would love to win this top for many reasons. The first is that I just had a baby and lost 40 lbs in 7 weeks Masha Allah! I was on bed rest for 6 months after a car accident. I have been working hard on my eating and fitness and I think this beautiful piece would make me feel good and proud to be a beautifully covered Muslim Mother and Wife! Jazakallahu Khair

I am a recent convert who is desperately trying to redo my wardrobe so that it is Islamic. I have found appropriate tunics and longer tops to be in short supply in the mainstream stores and the websites for Islamic clothing often feature clothing that is uninspired or too extreme for a modern hijabi’s taste. I believe that it is possible to be modest and beautiful at the same time.

Such a cute find! Those of you from small towns know the variety of Hijab-friendly clothing available is pretty bare
so I do most of my shopping online. I just started wearing Hijab last Ramadan and have been building my wardrobe slowly ever since. Thanks for introducing us to these designers and online retailers! because i try hard to be chic and be modest at the same time but sadly my country sucks in this matter , there are no fashion trends for hijabis back where i live ! all i do is stare at the pretty pictures of clothing posted on islamic blogs and sigh with grief ! i need some serious help ! this is such a cute and moderate piece of clothing ! it would really bring some color in my otherwise dull boring psychopath routing called life ..did i mention i wear the same old scarf since 4 years now ! all i can find is black only !

Nice MashaAllah, a new year with a new item to add to the wardrobe would be awesome. Let’s face it, being a new mom of a now 20 month old isnt all fun and games. I’m sure my husband would be happy to see me in something catchy as this instead of the usual sweats and tshirt lol

Mashallah, this is so beautiful. I would like to win because I just had a baby 4 months ago and I want to feel like a woman again. My closet is full of pregnancy clothes and as I’m getting in shape and trying to find the old me, trying to embrace my post-pregnancy body, regain my confidence, this will be a great item I can start with. Post-partum can be a very difficult period for women emotionally and physically, and I’m battling it with all I have right now. This item would definetely put a smile on my face. Thanks again!

masha Allah it’s so beautiful! well i am the only hijabi in my husbands family so i try not to look dull and avoid wearing the black abaya only! i don’t want to look boring to my husband when we go out to family gatherings where the girls are dressed to kill :p so it’s very difficult to keep the balance specially when u don’t get these hijab friendly clothes on shops! having a 19 month old baby makes it a lot more difficult to get time to go to the tailor! buying online is not an option YET as it gets very expensive for us
i love the hijab too! no more spending a lot of time styling ure hijab just wear the ready-made one! with the baby around i don’t get time to dress up like i used to! 
i just like being stylish while being dressed modestly which the girls of my family need to learn :p
p.s mariam u should seriously think about opening a hijab fashion shop in pakistan! i can manage ure pakistan branch once my baby gets a lil older :ppp

I want to win it because I live in Maryland, a Southern state in the U.S. As working hijabi in the United States, it is difficult enough to garner the respect of colleagues, much less maintain it; I do my best to be fashionable and professional while maintaining me hijab modesty when I head to the office.
