If you’ve ever searched for maxi dresses online, chances are you have come across the brand C&C California. This brand is known for its light and airy fabrics to keep you nice a cool in the summer.
They are a bit pricey but you’re just in luck because they are being featured on the sample sale site Rue La La for only 2 days.
Take a look at these maxi dresses that would be fun to wear with a shirt underneath or just a light cardigan or shirt on top .

How about some light weight pants?

Other brands coming up over the next few days are: Gustto, Gucci watches, Stuart Weitzman, Cosabella, and BCBGMAXAZRIA.
All you have to do is head to ruelala.com and if you need an invite send me an email.

Everything about winter is downright hijabalicious!
Enjoy the cold while it lasts because it’s this time of year that is truly a hijabis best friend.
But if you’re like us and feel a little down, now that the sun hides more often, try to brighten up your day with a piece of clothing or an accessory that is bold and colorful.

1. Sweater tunic from ASOS
2. Skirt from Shukr
3. Ballet flat from Nordstrom
4. Big Buddha handbag from Baghaus
Do you have any special wardrobe essentials that help brighten your day?

It doesn’t matter if winter has hit your neck of the woods yet because now is a great time to stock up and save on some amazing coats and jackets.
Here are a few of our faves:

Faux-fur belted coat $129.00 from Newport News

Equestrian coat $69.00 from Newport News

Buckle-front coat in plaid $99.00 from Victoria’s Secret (this coat was out of stock in seconds last year, so get it while it’s hot, and on sale!)

Wool plaid toggle coat $129.00 from Victoria’s Secret
Bonus Tip: Walmart has a double breasted coat on sale for only $20.00!!

We absolutely fell in love with Boden when we happened to open their clothing catalog the other day.
They have rich and luxurious colors that just make you feel all warm and cozy inside. The clothes remind us of a more sophisticated version of Hannah Andersson a Swedish company whose clothes we grew up wearing.
Here are some of our faves for Fall/Winter 2009 :

Merino ruffle tunic $98.00

Marylebone coat $278.00

Patent trim flats $108.00

Flattering knitted dress $128.00

Long panelled skirt $88.00
Our only two wishes are that they lower their prices and include more long sleeve tunics. But then again I guess they say if you save up and only buy a few pieces of quality clothing, then it’s better than having a closet stock piled with cheaply made items.
What do you think of their outfits? Have any of you ever bought clothes from them?
