If there is a company, online shop or store or product-you like, go to their website-I assure you if they have an online presence enough to realize they need, need, need online shoppers, they will also have a place for you to sign up.

This can be as simple as giving them your email, to “creating an account,” (never give them credit information to store, however). Often, you will have to check your email, sometimes in your junk mail box as well, to hit confirm for their subscription.

If you’re not sure you can control the urge to whip out that credit card then don’t even bring it with you on your next outing.

There are so many deals and sales to get people out there spending. Consumers haven’t been spending as much as they usually do for the holiday season and so you’ll find some great incentives.

Our previous post was meant to get you thinking about whether you absolutely need something or if it’s just a passing fantasy. Once you’ve got that all sorted out, then you can probably shop more judiciously.

If we believe all the hype of advertisers everywhere, we’d better snatch up all those “things” we want while they’re still on sale.

We have a hunch that some of these companies are going to continue to offer big incentives because of the tough economic times.

So, if you’re not sure whether to stock up on clothes you don’t really need, then take a step back and think about it.

Would you rather have extra cash to save on the side for a rainy day? Or do you want to splurge and buy that designer top you’ve always wanted but couldn’t afford?

The choice is yours, but make sure you’re 100% happy with it. Don’t do something you’re only 50% comfortable with.

What exactly does all that mean?

Let’s just say that if you buy that designer top and are having second thoughts, then it probably wasn’t the best purchase.
