Verona Collection is going be sold online through Macy’s beginning tomorrow (february 15th). Macy’s is one of the biggest department store chains in the United States. The company was brought in through a program aimed at mentoring and helping minority and women owned business grow.
Through The Workshop at Macy’s, Lisa shared her vision to create a collection that speaks to a community of women looking for a solution to their fashion needs,” said Cassandra Jones, senior vice president of Macy’s Fashion. “Verona Collection offers a unique and understated elegance through everyday essentials designed for versatility and comfort, and through our partnership, we can better serve our customer looking for modest fashion.”

New York Fashion Week is again giving a platform to modest fashion brands.
A recent article puts the spotlight on Indonesian designer Vivi Zubedi.
Indonesian designer Vivi Zubedi made her New York Fashion Week solo runway show debut on Sunday, wowing the crowd with her abaya-only collection as she hopes to capitalise on the growing market for modest Muslim fashion.

In 2016 New York Fashion Week made a big splash when it showcased the ill fated fashion designer Anniesa Hasibuan. She and her husband were arrested last year for allegedly orchestrating a travel scam in Indonesia. Hasibuan was the second designer to showcase hijab on the catwalk at NYFW.
Rabia Zargarpur was the first designer to bring hijab fashion to NYFW in 2011. Followed by Nzinga Knight in 2012.
